That's good advice. You should also be aware of the City of Stormhold (north of Vesper and marked on the interactive world map) and the Village of Paws (around the shrine of spirituality.) Some of the fine people from Project Sanctuary roleplay and have a town outside Skara Brae. Wispfelt, near the crossroads between Skara and Britain and governed by the Lady Westra, is also an idyllic location worthy of investigation.
