Buying bulk scrolls

Anyone selling bulk scrolls?

moonglow library, the vendors sell 999 at a time, constantly.
go west out of moonglow and then run north
its like 5-6 vendors, 999 each, at 5g or so per scroll.

I GMed inscription and 99.5 cart from those

Or if you're really lazy like me... @Hydrox is always selling in bulk
