The Lord Oaks champ spawn produces a ton of monsters that have positive karma who will typically only attack people or monsters with negative karma. Killing these creatures will lower your karma. These creatures are pretty specific to the Lord Oaks champ spawn so you won't find them wandering out in the world otherwise (pixies, centaurs, ethereal warriors, etc)
You can equip an green orc mask to lose karma to about sinister lord but after that u might have to pk some people to get down to dread lord. That's how I've always done it.
I'm at evil now just from summoning daemons. I used to go to fire island and kill male wandering healers to get the last bit, but they're not as easy to slaughter here.
There's always those people that, instead of going and reading/researching on their own, would rather everyone just tell them everything. Go read the compendium, UO Stratics,etc. before you come asking 100 of the most basic and obvious questions, and then telling someone they suck because they gave you a smartass, but actually legitimate answer.
just kill your alt next to a wandering healer or shrine and don't count yourself Like summon a daemon and make a macro to say all kill and target your alt. Then have your alt res repeatedly at a healer or shrine. (you will need to kill mobs to raise your fame to lord)
