Second account won't open

    I try to open my second account, but nothing happens. Razr doesn't open, or even give signs of opening. Its been a week and Im not sure what to do. Help?

    Well, on Windows 10, I have Razor shortcut on my taskbar.
    When I click it, it opens.

    In order to open a new instance, I have to right-click the shortcut and click Razor again. Clicking it directly won't open a new instance.

    Did you try something similar? Did I understand you correctly?

    Sorry I should have included I am on a Mac. I try to right click my UO Copy and open with no results.

    That happens to me sometimes, too. (also on a Mac). I always end up deleting the copy and making a new one, which will then have no problem opening... until it does. And the cycle continues.

    But then my chars are gone?

    Nope! They are server side so you're good.

    Now the really dumb question. Say you forgot your account name, is there a way to find it?

    open a page in game, account option.

    Cant find any Account Option option!

    Moved to server and client support. I also believe this was resolved in chat.
