Will be 2 different options: (Option A - clean fort no items) Flat price of 8 mill (Option B - all items remain) Flat price of 10 mill 1-Scavenger books 2-Tmap set 3-Mines/Dungeon chests 4-All dungeons 5-All towns (boywers, smiths , cotton - junk like that) WILL STRAIGHT UP TRADE FOR TEAL MASK DYE + 1 mill Whomever post first with whatever option takes the cake as I need my mask dyes! **Courtyard is not secured**

Yeah and I was spam messaging you for the past couple hours in irc while you were making that deal, guess you were just ignoring me. w/e lost rep in my book. BTW WHY IS THERE NO PLUS/MINUS REP IN THESE FORUMs? Its the only way we know who to trust and not trust.
Yeah, I've never seen a rep system that wasn't abused/intentionally misleading. Kind of a bad way to end a sale though. Poor form not closing the thread before accepting the outside trade.
Yeah you are right, but can do the same thing with the like system, look what happened to me just now.
He also straight up said "whoever POSTS first" gets the fort, also. Not whoever PMs me outside forums and seals the deal before I note that in the thread. Bammer.
All valid points, but did you expect him to update his thread with "sale on hold until I determine if a private offer which might not happen is happening", to appease a buyer he didn't know existed? (at least likely not until the middle of the deal) Further, you're not even addressing the real issue here: this guy just evicted himself from his own mansion so that he could walk around with a spray painted deer on his head.
No, all I would expect is him to follow his own terms and tell anyone who could meet the offer, to post in the thread FIRST. If it falls through, next in line! No big deal though, it happens.
He knew of me since 10min of his post, he lead me to believe I would most likely be the buyer, then as he stopped responding to me for an hour I thought he was afk so I posted my bid. Then he made that post and went against what he said in his 1st post. Do I blame him for taking the offer he really wanted? no, that is what anyone would do. It is just in the manner he went about it, that was rude and offensive to me. In the trade forums I have had experienced with their was a high regard for integrity and character, and if you say something in your post you must stick with it or you lose all credibility on the server/shard. But I guess that is not so here and I'm learning this. I got a little upset and I apologize for my outbursts and I hope he enjoys his barf colored deer hat.
