Not sure where to post it, but I think this is the best place. As the shard is growing, and I can see some players into role playing, (also the Naturalist type of playing can be counted as rp I guess, need confirmation from Blaise) is it worth discussing to create a community? If there is one, and I'm posting this for nothing let me know
Hi Nymeros! A RP community has been somewhat lacking here. There are RPers here and there but nothing really got rolling in terms of creating a community. A player town would be great to gather those who enjoy the playstyle. I RP my naturalist, have a background story, and stick to it ingame. I am very interested in gathering a group of players that RP.
I have just started farming to buy a house and gstone and training a craft to support the RP guild I'm thinking of forming. Hopefully, we will attract more people of this playstyle.
I've started to assemble a small team to get an RP guild and player-run town started. We've really been waiting to get a strong central core of players together before we start open recruitment or proceed with further plans. If you're interested just let me know. We'd love to get more people involved.

I'll join you guys and see if we might be able to really get this going! been thinking of making a char to join the naturalist group and this would be an awesome addition to that so count me in. Let me know where we are all meeting up with our naturalist/RP chars and I'll meet you in game (be aware thought that my time will be limited to mostly days, and that will be after the fishing tourny is over till then I'll be spending a lot of time fishing hehe)
I think a town is a good idea, unless we don't get targeted by griefers. Which will happen of course. I'm saving money to buy myself a house and a shop, which I guess should be the correct way of doing things. We would ideally have a town with our own vendors selling exceptional items. If we can kidnap a wandering healer too, we're all set!
My personal guildstone is a sort of RP guild ... I make an attempt to roleplay (to various degrees) on all my characters. I am strongly interested as well. I have not really done much rp with my chars here, but i find it quite difficult around britain/bank to communicate with some of the folks anyway… Was thinking of starting a rp guild as well so we should just get together maybe and talk about it …?! Would join with one of my chars first, probably my dexxer who is a pure warrior!
I am starting up an RP guild: Order of the Silver Serpent, fighting out of Serpents Hold. Currently only accepting fighters and see how we build from there.
Love how a commander of a knight order can be titled as "The Scoundrel", lol. GL though, hope to interact in game, I do visit Serpent's Hold for my own character's backstory quite a lot.
I must have picked up Scoundrel from some trainees... you gotta break them down and remold them for this line of duty! It will change in due time.
I also do a lot of banking in Serpent's Hold. I look foward to meeting these knights from the Order of the Silver Serpent.
There is a fellow by the name of Cale Clutchfield or something like that who banks in Minoc. He is 100% a roleplayer, and you could find him in Minoc without much trouble.

The undead are always lurking in the shadows of the forests... I'll be returning to UOR in a few weeks hopefully. If there's anyone looking to RP undead, I have a link in my signature that will send you to the forum post. Undead doesn't always mean evil or PK, and we accept all playstyles. I'm currently searching for a few dedicated players to make up key roles as council members to assist in running the guild. I'll be working 16-20 hour days for the next 13 days straight, so forgive me for having a slower response time. Once that's done, I'll get back to the game I know and love so much. I've already established the land I will be creating our town in. I have a fortress in place and the staff has the design for a player city/dungeon that Rand put a lot of effort into outlining. If this sounds like something any of you may be interested in, let me know. However, we need an opposing knight and/or paladin faction for events as well.
Right! We so far have a knight faction, an undead one, and a neutral place where some people live. Tried to get big communities to join but they seem to be too lazy to be part of here
