Hoping to keep this as secure as possible, all I'm wondering is what if the most has been marked and redeeded? Will the CY command still tell me? @Chris can I get some peace of mind here before I blow my plat savings?

You can't re-deed the moat. Telamon has to install the moat manually. I've never tested it for obvious reasons but I believe if I drop my main fort that the moat will be left behind as static tiles.

I would also like to know of Telamon will honor the moat coupon, as I believe one has not yet been honored before this.

This is news to me, I'll honor a delay in this auction until you find out (assuming you win with the high bid).
