IRC does not work for me

    [03:19:11] Flash policy problem. If you are the server owner, please read http://redmine.lightirc.com/projects/li ... structions. You need to install a flash policy daemon at eu.chat4all.org (port 843).

    Not sure if I posted this in the right place but this is what it says when I try to use the IRC Chatroom.
