SL frowns on Reagent Bulk Buying and Selling and are VERY careful when and where they place vendors. That's why you don't see them, cant find them and if you do, they will be gone before you can really get any buying done. Faction Reg vendors give the standard NPC Mage Guild Discount to their members regardless of them belonging to the NPC Mage Guild... but no more of a discount than that.. Llama Shop used to sell for .5 over, I sell at .8 over, Hydrox sells at .75 over. Given the time & gold investment it takes to run a good bulk reg business, I wont sell for less. Given that I am still selling out regularly after a couple of years of selling regs, I think I am in the sweet spot for reselling as far as price goes. EVERYONE else who has come in significantly below my price does not stick with it long. There are better ways to make gold than reg reselling. Good luck on your search for cheap regs, they can be had occasionally, but not consistently.
