TIP: A really easy way, and much cheaper, just make a lumberjacker and have him macro chopping wood in Skara Brae. It's a guardzone. Watch the screen to make sure your not gumping. You will have to move your character from tree to tree after it's chopped out, so you should never get a gump actually. Buy feathers from the fletcher at 2gp per. All your doing is spending a little time, mostly macroing afkish, and you can get feathers for 2gp. I think you guys don't macro so not sure if this will work for you.
I have seen arrows and bolts at Yew bank south wall small tower for 7gp per. I think they sold stacks of 1000.
