These homes are placed RIGHT at the Shadow Lord base entrance / signup stone. This auction is for both homes, I do not wish to sell them individually. Deeds +10k I reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time.
I'll do S/B, only if you can get confirmation from Telamon that the region will actually be adjusted to prevent them from being replaced (I will drop them immediately upon transfer). No homes should have line of sight within target range of any faction base entrance.
For what it's worth, this was "done" before, back when cr3w owned these homes. Not sure if things changed/reverted or if there was just some sort of mistake in the regioning of that space.
Yeah at some point in time Blaise, Les, and I owned a villa where Ron's map is placed and sandro owned the sandstone pictured. When the sandstone fell we placed it and contacted Telamon and said we would drop our houses if he would rezone the area. A year down the road, the same week that some changes were made at minax base, these houses popped up. Now I can't say if staff made changes or if there was some oversight that noone realized for all that time. But as you can see Blaise and the SL people feel that houses should not exist within the game screen that inhabits the entrance to the bases. We own the ones at minax and if some change could be made we would still like to destroy them. Edit: the last time this topic came up it didn't seem like Telamon could be convinced.
I'd remove these for free and opt into the rezone the area IF you were NOT able to recall INSIDE SL base.... None of the other bases you can do that?
I would be fine with the base region being extended (defensively it would be to our benefit). I suspect the zone is placed where it is currently so that non factioners can continue to access the rest of the yew crypts. If whomever owns the houses can get the region changed I think that's great. But I doubt they can be used as a bargaining chip.
Yeah, anyone can recall in there so it's not exactly private. It doesn't need to be extended any further.
If they change the zone I'll be pissed due to com being the only base that still has the step zone which guards can be placed onto (Every other base has been fixed or has some editing done)
TB got their zone pushed to outside the bridge/steps. CoM can still drop guards on their steps, if I'm not mistaken. The rub is that CoM doesn't get a big 10x10 area before their steps, that guards can't go.
