The person likely doesn't look over the forum. Have you left a book on the doorstep with contact info? It won't deteriorate.
Just macro a toon nearby for a couple days, if the house is used/refreshed you'll see some names in your journal and at least you'll have a lead then
I had a char on the house balcony itself taking screen shots every 30 seconds. Didn't catch anything, but the house still was refreshed. Maybe I have to change for second-by-second screenshots? Lol! Already know that there's a guildstone inside the house, this one: http://www.uorenaissance.com/guild/575 But nobody seems to know any of that chars there.
Maybe a single person who wanted all their toons to be in the same guild? Also none of the chars in that guild have died in game in over a year...so they are either really good or more likely don't play. If you're saying the house is being refreshed, AND you were taking pictures when it was supposedly refreshed and still didn't get anything, I'd assume there is a toon inside the house hidden who logged in and was able to just click the sign. My next suggestion would be to create a new toon, name it something like 'would like to speak, im heretic' or something, and leave it as a shown ghost inside the house. Hopefully they'd see it and reach out.
