Assuming I was able to actually find one of these, would they just be sitting there and I pick them up, or do I have to steal them? Sometimes I see these items and get excited, but it says, "you can not pick that up / you can not steal that". I know what I'm finding is the world-decoration version of it and not the rare-spawn version, but is there a good way to tell the difference besides trying to lift/steal everything I see that is selectable?
Of the whole 1 I've found, there was no visible difference between it and locked down items. I just happened to notice it because I go past that area regularly, and there normally is nothing in that location.
Now you know a rare spawn! There is definitely nothing in my regular hunting grounds I am there at least an hour every day lol.
Currently only the more common daily rares(not pictured here) require stealing to obtain. These items can just be picked up from the world, or the container they spawn in. There is an equal mix of items in towns, dungeons, the overworld and t2a.
I didn't notice the blacksmith type rares listed (whips, horseshoes, and different types of wires, ect). Was wondering if those were spawning here as well.
They are here (or at least the wires are) - they are amongst the "more common daily rares" that Telamon listed in the post above yours.
