You'll never be able to replace this item. But if it's something you really don't care about at all you can sell it.
I'd probably toss a bid at that. Might even trade something rare for it to sweeten the pot. That said, I'd go a lot more in for a valorite flag.

I do agree with BlackEye, though, if it were me I'd keep it. I have roughly 20k in my bank account right now and am MR Perma-Broke most of the time, but I would be HUGELY reluctant to part with such a treasure unless I were absolutely desperate for something. This being said, you are likely to get some serious bidding on this amazing item, so congratulations, whatever you decide to do!
5mil is a pretty serious offer. If you read the disclaimer on the thread involving where these were won, these banner will eventually be craftable stated by Telamon. So we can only assume as part of carpentry BOD rewards, maybe the highest/hardest to finish.
Although who knows when that could be - it's been in the works since 2013. I'm not intending to criticize staff by saying that, just saying there's not any good reason to expect it to roll out any time soon. I had it in my head I was going to bid 2-3 mil for this, and it would be totally worth it to me. When I spent 3 mil on a moat people laughed at me. It's been nearly a year and there's been no real sign of them coming out. So I would only consider this less valuable if you are the kind of person that is willing to wait years to save money on deco you want. I don't think these will be available any time soon (and even then this one will always be unique.)
