So what makes this thing worth so much?

@Binx , Some of the events feature humanoid bosses, such as the Christmas event scrolls, and repond weapons do double damage to many of them. One handed repond weps are nice because you can chug pots while still clankin' away.

Not if you're using one handed weapons, which makes them the superior slayers imo.

In some scenarios (e.g. hard AMIBs) people need to drink alot pots. Unequipping and equipping slows down your effective swing rate as you have to wait a swing cycle every time.

Guess its the same things with axes?

as far as having to disarm, yes. You can time potions with the swing, though, so you don't lose too much of the timer
