So.... question.... if I have mid 80's taming (85-86 real skill) and gm lore, could I control a mare? Not sure how those dynamics work.

Not quite yet, i think you need in the 95 range to take control of a mare... If you hit bulls its a solid couple days of work! GL.

yeah, I've been trying to go the old school road and do no afk macroing for my tamer. I'm about to toss that idea to the wind, though. 3 years and I'm still only at mid 80's.

There's principled, and then there's insane. I think I've crossed that line.....

Apparently my tamer has some sort of mental deficiency...... he can't seem to make it past 86 skill. Otherwise I'd already have jumped at this.
