    Hi!

Today, for sale, is an L-Shape northwest a few screens from Yew Moongate. Good home for vendors, guilds, enjoying quiet evenings or for old Druids looking for a peaceful place to retire.

    S/B: 220k
    Bid increments: 15k
    B/O: 325k

    No plat offers, please.

I do not believe a larger home can fit here. The back trees prevent a square (large marble, stone patio, brick, etc) placement.

This is a 24 hour auction. A bid extends auction by 6 hours.

Thank you for reading, and have a great day!

Thank you for the views so far. Once again, this is a good location in respect to the moongate. As well, there is nearly no spawn (negative nor neutral) and right by the water.

Guilds will find it useful for the size and moongate proximity.

Have a crafter, but are in an 'out of the way' location? Vendors will find it useful as it is in the Yew area with no spawn.

Even private home owners looking to upgrade in city can make use of this home, or are looking for safer locations would love this.

Thank you for reading, and I hope to see your bid soon!

    Thank you!

I was hoping someone would find a need for it, but alas, not so currently. Thank you for the views, and for reading (and Taliic for his reply). For the time being, without its sale, I'll be using it as a storage home:)

Be well, UOR community, and thank you again.

Sorry on your sale bud, but try not putting up the next guys butt. There is a lot of space in the world of UO.......use it.

    I know:)

Wasn't trying to encroach on the space. I just noticed the closeness to the moon gate and vendors, and thought is was a decent spot. Plus, it's Yew. Next to Oc, it's a targeted town.

Anyhow, I do appreciate the views and feedback.

    Thanks

To follow up on this - don't be discouraged. There a lots of open spots, plus anything other than keeps and above/extremely premium spots do not sell quickly. Most L Shapes/Patio's I've seen sold (or attempted) in the past few months have taken awhile. The patio I bought near me was from a thread the guy stopped bumping months ago, but I discovered it and ended up buying it.

Even the L-Shape 1 screen south of the brit moongate (great location) took awhile to sell.

    Hello!

Not discouraged at all:) I fondly remember buying and selling housing on GL and Lake Superior pre-Ren patch and then during the land-rush of Trammel...so I know about patience and the lack of selling at times.

My only discouragement that came in UO was during the Tram land rush on official servers way, way, way back when lol. Nothing like seeing the confirmation box whenever your FPS goes to 0.000000000000000000000000002 - then client disconn. Oh well, good times.

Anyhow, I do appreciate your feedback, and your observations:)

Thank you for viewing this thread and have a great afternoon, night or morning in the world!
