You're looking at them. Fairly certain nothing but smalls fit on that island. Probably a few small towers but that's about it.
Thank you very much! It's great for miners too, for those who intend to mine from the boat. The southern house can be moved right against the shoreline to enable smelting directly from the boat, and we're pretty close to the North Minoc mountain range. No large house spots on this island. At least four of the house spots take small towers, though.
You'd expect "amoeba island" to be crawling with hostile spawn, but in reality it only has very light spawn (mongbat, alligator and the likes).
I wanted to make a Monkey Island themed town here, but I haven't had any time to put on this and it looks like the upcoming months will only be worse in that regard so I'll be letting this go. Setting S/B to deeds only.

I do not wish to sit on pins and needles for the next day or two to save a few thousand gold and really don't want one of the guys buying 15 mil sandals to decide they want their own Island. The 800k buy out price is fair for an entire island so I will post a Buy Out and be done with it @AshBorn - If I do not put this Island to good use over the next month or two and you still want it, I will offer it to you at 400k buy out before I do anything else with it.
