    Up for auction is my fortress, former warehouse and sweatshop crafting center for the BBC.

    I have owned the house for the majority of its existence however two others have owned it, so I make no claims to courtyard security. There is some random spawn in the cy (lizardmen, snakes, from time to time).

    House has an added third floor which will be in place at transfer.

    Fortress is located on the peninsula north of Fens of the Dead

    I don't have the patience or the will power to add another floor the way Boothby did.

    As one of the two former owners I can say I always had the CY covered with tables. Any runes I had I handed over or destroyed.
