I am offering for sale South Harbor Hold, a large tower on the southern coast near the Honor Shrine. This large tower is in a pretty cool spot right next to an undead ruin with a lich spawn. You can hunt the liches literally from your front doorstep, and the spawn rate is pretty decent. You can also set up a resist training operation on the roof on the west wing where the spells from the various spiritual undead and the lich can reach you. This would be a great Tower to set up resist training for pets as well given the ready supply of liches should a mare or dragon accidently escape and eat their training partner.... There are lots of possibilities for this property, not to mention the wealth of rp applications. I had originally planned to turn it into a dark mage's tower with themed deco and all, but am fully invested in another project at the moment and need the funds. Oh, and as an added bonus, there is a gift pack of 23 MIB's that come with the tower. They were part of the original purchase a few months back and I don't have a fisherman skilled enough to fish them out, so the luck buyer of the tower also gets these as a housewarming gift. We are coming up on 4 hours remaining on this auction unless someone else offers a bid on the South Harbor Hold. Don't let this amazing property slip through your fingers!! Use this tower to train up the resist on your dexxers or your pets.... You can use it to hone your tactics and techniques for fighting the undead. Or take new silver slayer weapons out for a test drive to prove their worth, or lack thereof (I recently tested a new +10 silver double Axe of power... Drops liches in 2-3 hits). This property has a HUUUUGE potential for RP as well... Make a dark mage's tower, a necromancer's lair, etc. Chances for choice properties like this don't come up often, so act fast or Volume will snatch this thing at a steal! won't dragons and mares teleport from that roof to deal with those impudent undead casting fireball at them? Have you tried it? My experience says that they like jumping from the roofs... And in case you REALLY checked that issue, do you accept plat?
I honestly hadn't considered the teleportation thing. I knew Dragons could do it, but wasn't aware Mares could, and I never even thought about them teleporting off the roof.....so not sure. Moot point anyway, as the auction is closed. Sorry, but the auction closed about 2 hours before you put that bid in.... Better luck next time.
