I'm gonna take the high road here and not vote for myself. I don't think you should be allowed to place a vote for yourself, because that puts those who don't want to seem self-serving between a rock and a hard place.

Option 1: Don't vote for yourself and lose out on a potential vote that those who do will get
Option 2: Vote for yourself and look tacky.

Just my opinion.

OOOORR, you could just be honest with yourself and place or do not place yourself based upon how you feel. And at the end of the night you feel good about yourself because you were honest, regardless of how others feel. In the end, its YOUR design, I'd hope you like it enough to place it in your rankings. If you don't, how can you expect others to? JUSAYINYO :mrgreen:

Yeah, but how many people are going to be honest and put themselves 3rd if they honestly think their design is a 3rd place design. The most logical thing to do is for all of us in the contest to vote ourselves at 1st. I think we should be required to say how we feel about everyone else's entries, rather than just put ourselves 1st for every category we're in. I respect that you put yourself 2nd, but how many of the people who would vote themselves first are doing because they honestly feel that their design is better than the others, rather than doing it just to get another vote closer to winning. After all, that's why we entered the contest, is it not? I mean, sure, we also entered to show off the skills that we have for decorating and the patience to take the time to do such things, but we also entered because we want to win. If you don't put yourself first when others are, you could be giving up the winning spot.
