Feeling adventurous? Looking to make a little money? Stop by the Village of Paws Quest vendor or the Great Council's Mission vendor!

Jupiter of Paws has employed Qamra and tasked her with selling quests to adventurers passing through the Spiritwood.

The Great Council, with a big thanks to @LanDarr, has employed Marcus to distribute Missions to those looking for extra coin and who have a taste for more than just standing around macroing all day.

Marcus can be located on the 3rd floor of the UO Outfitters vendor shop (formerly the BBC), right next to the Ocllo stables.

A note about Jupiter's Quests: The quests were designed to be intentionally vague to allow the adventuring party to formulate their own story and use their imagination. They are categorized by quest type such as Courrier quests and Adventure quests.

A note about the Great Council Missions: These quests have a good amount of flexibility built into them to allow the adventurers to draw their own conclusions and create their own stories/answers to the problems put forth in the Missions. Missions are categorized by difficulty (Easy, Moderate, Hard), with separate Group and Special Missions. All Missions outline the task to be performed and list the potential rewards for completion. Further, all Missions have bonus objectives which offer additional rewards if completed.

The purpose of these Quests and Missions are to provide players with contextual meaning to go out into the world and do things, to interact with other players in meaningful ways. They also provide newer players with a fun means to make decent starting money and obtain starting gear (many of the missions give magic weapons or reagents or full spellbooks or gm barbed armor etc in addition to gold).

At any rate, I hope people give some of these a try - I know some folk have tried out some of Jupiter's quests and they were a hit!

Thank you kindly, and happy adventuring!

Unfortunately this quest looks like it will be on-going! It was difficult to even attempt due to the laughing that took place after opening one of the books.

After beheading Xarot, I couldn't quite tell if it was truly the man that I had come to claim the life of, I had to make a quick sketch to be sure!
Soltek must have been using Incognito, but I was quite sure that I had found my mark.
Only Soltek smells of such dank nightshade, it had to have been him.
Lord Blazarion was a completely different story, My reagents were running low.. and.. the hell cats mixed with laughing proved to be far to much for a man of my talents.
I will have to seek aid to complete this quest! The face of Blazarion was that of absolute hate and anger as I hastily made my escape, a worthy opponent indeed!

"Hidden valley mages", I will have to return the quest book so that hopefully someone else can truly appreciate the great works hidden inside of it's pages.
Sadly.. the quest was not completed.

    HAHAAH this is beyond EPIC.

I have spoken with the Hidden Valley Mages and they have agreed to settle the amount as each head is captured. You do not need to obtain all of them at once. They have requested that, based on your current track record, you keep their bingo book and report anytime you have captured any of the remaining mage lords. Clearly your efforts have sent them into hiding.

@Alex Caember, please see that this man receives at least 10k gold her head captured. I shall do the same if I am able to log on and I shall note if the account is settled here.

    Great work!

I purchased about 15 quests give or take,i am slowly completing two of them but i keep forgetting to screenshot or video.
Perhaps at an appropriate time one of you RP people with a little more experience than i,
Though i can certainly RP the entire thing no problem, its the creativity i lack.

Well maybe one or two of you could help me.
Some of them involved helping players but i gotta catch them ingame again cause i already gave each of two new players a log cabin, money, gear, bandages etc. And they are spaced only 10 tiles apart with a waterfront. :) So i gotta "Redo it" for a video or screenshot and record our conversation so i can post in the Salty frog tavern. But others are more danger oriented quests. Anyone here would like to maybe help me out tomorrow or ,perhaps after halloween ends? @Alex Caember You could be a HUGE help and for sure know what people might be interested if i show you the books/quests i bought and help me get in touch for a cool adventure. Maybe bring someone from TGC and or PS too make it a thing....if i recall correct i bought a pouch of 10 easy newbie quests and..2 or 3 of each easy, medium and difficult/very nearly impossible quest.

And they are vague..but only in such a way that how you choose to approach them and complete them is left entirely to you. The quests themselves are crystal clear and anyone worried about not understanding what to do,read the book first or buy it,they are cheap. :) Far too cheap imo!!

Apologies Pekka. Qamra has been neglecting her duties it seems. I also recommend you check out @Cero 's patrol quests as well. i think his are better stocked.

The guard out post is located near the bloody plains cross roads.
