Account Lost

I create account for month ago named Midcore with player Morfin

I play on MacBook. I have some problems with razor and reinstalled all client.
After that I connect for my account name and see that I don't have my character and client propose my to start from the begging. How I can return my account details and logins?

Hey, just triple check that you don't have typo in your login details. Accounts are auto created here. If you make a typo in your login then a new empty account will be created.

That's good, this should help with account retrieval. I think the only way for you to retrieve your account details is to contact one of the staff members. I checked and it looks like they're all offline on the IRC at this moment. You will just have to wait some time for them to see this topic.

I never had to retrieve password myself so I might be wrong with the exact procedure.

EDIT: Actually it wouldn't hurt to send private message to @Chris . He will be able to help you.
