Get a nicely placed castle while you can. Spots are dried up and it will become increasingly more difficult/expensive to own a home of this size.

    AUCTION RULES:

    Starting Bid: 1.3 Million
    Minimal Bid Increase: 100k
Auction Duration: Auction will last 4 days after the first bid if there are no other bidders. Should there be multiple bidders the auction will end 48 hours after the last bid.

Current Bid: 1.3 Mill by IIII
    AUCTION CLOSED - PENDING SALE

Fortress will fit there, that's what Neo had.

Fortress is the exact same blueprint as a castle.

Technically trees or rocks could interfere because they have different courtyard configurations, just sayin.

That must be the smell from the swamp near by. Hope the new owner won't mind :p

Also, just to make sure this thread is most thoroughly trolled, it's a footprint, not a blueprint.
While the exterior 'footprint' of the structures are the same, neither the blueprint nor entire footprint (CY is included) are exactly the same.

    :p

Obviously lol. Next time I'll be sure to spell out the obvious to keep the trolls at bay.

    You can't keep us down!!!!

Seriously though, this is a freaking castle on grass probably one of the closest to a bank (EBB).

    Sweet spot indeed.

If a building is taken down and replaced with another, would CY runes be reset? Or all existing CY runes would continue to work?

They should continue to work, assuming the new Castle/fort wasn't placed over the rune spot.

Pretty sure housing only affects runes if they are blocking the location. If you were to lift the house, recall would be possible on the same rune without remarking it.
