-DRAFT- After 4 variable formats (see links below)... I’ve enjoyed seeing it grow, progress, and enjoyed. I thank all for the support and participation. New ideas are surfacing for the next Tournament which will take place after the Holidays in January. I have solicited prior and do again. Here are the ideas… Team Challenge - Leaderboard is based on total stone of Team - Each team has 6 participants registered prior to lines in. - Team can be 2 players with 3 fishers each, 6 players with 1 angler each, 1 player with 3 anglers & 3 players with 1 angler (ANY combo of 6 anglers). - Entry fee for each team. 25-100k? (please comment – Team may place side bets OR decide pool) - Pot goes to winning team (or divvied as we explore) Recreational Challenge - All anglers (including those in team challenge) qualify - Leaderboard is based on stones, top 5 place for awards - An angler cannot qualify for more than 1 place - A player with more than 1 angler can place all anglers (For example... my fishers are Ebb and Flow. Ebb catches a 199 and a 119. Flow catches a 188. Even though Ebb’s 119 places 5th, Ebb is in 1st with the 199 therefore the 119 doesn’t place. ---1 SLOT PER ANGLER--- Flow (same player, different toon) gets to place 3rd at 188.) During first Tourney, I proposed a single angler pool (but there wasn't much interest) Entry into pool can be 5-10-25k (whatever floats our boat and is generally agreed upon after input and interest) Angler in pool with biggest fish wins "The Big Fish Pot" Pool is completely separate from overall Tourney and entry into pool is not required to fish in Tournament All fish in pool qualify for team/recreational challenges (I have better rule language for this but that is idea)
