    I know, cheesy title, but you did open the post

    24hr high bid format.

    If you Do Buyout, you can have the Large Brick next door to the east for Free.

    This auction for the Fortress itself. I will leave all the YEW tables that are covering the CY, otherwise, assume it comes empty. If it has any stuff in it when I transfer it to the new owner, its cause I was too lazy to clean it out.

    Don't Hate @ Zyler, we all cant have nice Grass Waterfront Fortresses with fishing piers :)

    Should be an ice fishing house for Dagger that you can place out on the frozen ice

    ahh cool, guess I need to read up. Thought it was only house to house and not within a house. & being able to set security on the teleporter opens up some cool ideas about safety

    I am starting to think this is not the time to list this house. I am pulling it from the market & going to enjoy it a while more

    You didn't even give it a full day. It's a sizable amount of cash to plop down on one transaction and I think it would be naive to believe that there weren't folks who were seriously deliberating going after this property. Sometimes it takes time to liquidate a few assets to raise the needed capital.
