I tried this. No one shows up. Ran a recorder on the house for 6 hours, nothing. Also, ran "save text Journal" for multiple days. Nothing. So said person is a friend with a character hidden there, or the owner is hidden and logs in to refresh. I am going to guess (Based off a decent bit of the player community knowing each other here) it is a friend.

Which makes me wish they would initiate the whole (If you don't play for 30/60/90) day thing, you shouldn't be allowed to refresh other account's houses. This is why people get annoyed/frustrated at certain houses being there forever. People who haven't played in who knows how long with up to 15 houses are still being refreshed. Lameeee.
