Adventure Time Guild Hall (Fortress) auction.

Quite easily one of the oldest fortresses on Renaissance still standing. I'm not sure which could be older, if there even are any. The CY is by all means not even remotely secure. I've had the doors unlocked for nearly 4 years with only brief stints for events and decorating. Whatever decoration you see inside at this time will stay with the property. A bunch of stone chairs, some dyed pillars, some rare hanging shells or whatever. Feel free to go tour the property, the doors are still unlocked.

This is a GRANDFATHERED placement. It cannot be replaced, at all like this, ever again. There is a tree inside the CY with 0 space between itself and the wall, preventing placement with present code. This is the closest fortress to Minoc by a long shot and surrounded by the Northern Mines.

Ethereal Mounts: 5,000,000 gold value (limit 2, no Ostards please)
Blessed runebooks: 2,500,000 gold value (limit 2, I don't care about dye value unless it's an ultra rare hue, in which case value can be discussed privately).
Rare Clothes: Not interested in a great deal of things, maybe some 1150 sandals but I doubt I'd give up the value you'd want for them. Willing to discuss whatever though.

Sam, believe me when I say I pretty much had the pick of the litter for fortress placements on this shard. We had a large group and the only contention had already struck an accord with us to place else ware. I'm not hanging up my hat entirely but I'm not trying to be a hypocrite either. I don't like holding onto housing I'm not going to use or have used by the guild and friends. This place could go to much better use by someone else, I'm sure. Though I doubt it will ever have the welcoming entry that Adventure Time always took pride in.
