@mikek85 - Only had this account really because I was asked to post directly in the thread. I don't often check out the forums, though I suppose I should do so more often, otherwise I would have missed this opportunity and my "main" forum account is of a character that doesn't exist anymore so it seemed silly to use. Sorry if it caused confusion or anything. The SB was 55m, but I gave him an offer in game when I was running around checking out the area and he happened to be home. I definitely did not have 70m cash to spend on this, but a bit of cash and a mixture of trades of items and such which he accepted and he then changed the main post.

It all went well and everything is transferred and @Thelax conducted the deal with great integrity.

Thank you very much again, and let me know if you change your mind in the near future, our agreement still stands
