wait wait wait, so you were running by his fort and saw him inside and got his attention.. and asked him if he would sell not one but TWO forts.. for 70 million... which you didnt have.. but could make some trades to get... although you dont use forums very often... you were able to make said trades quickly to complete the deal.. VERY IMPRESSIVE!.. not to mention you bid more 15m more then his SB.

I posted it originally with a 55 S/B with contingency to cancel auction with OR withOUT bids for any reason of my personal choosing. On my auction I refused to list any of the items inside or spend any time I didn't want to spend posting the list of items. Richard ran by my fort within maybe 10 minutes of me posting, I saw him run by in game. He said he is very interested and asked if I was sure I wouldn't accept a B/O offer ( as originally I REFUSED b/o offers ) After we talked he said he'd literally give me his all in offer which was 70 mil. After some conversations between us on IRC, I accepted the offer changed the original post to have a BUY OUT so we could be open and public about the offer. Richard Ellis is indeed a role playing character.
Also @NerK Im sure if you want proof you can swing by and have him show that he owns it and NOT I.
I do appreciate the community watching out for one another here... The sale is OVER, this really happened if anyone likes it or not.
