I think I have found a bug involving Papua Inn not allowing your character to insta logout. When I try to log out, it doesn't let me instant log out like in any other Inn. I have to wait for a time out before I can logon to another character on the same account.
A lot of the inn's used to have this issue. It had to do with the inn's "boundaries" not being properly set. So even though your logging out in the inn, the game does not think so. All of this was fixed to my knowledge, so either this is a separate issue, or they missed some tiles I'm sure Tela will be all over this once he is around.
This happens to me every once in awhile in different spots and is usually resolved by moving to another part of the inn.
Pretty sure it depends on the spot not the innkeeper. Used to be a lot more spots like this, Tela is slowly getting rid of them. Always good to bring this to his attention, preferably with coordinates of a picture of the spot.
Yes, there is some work to be done on the region settings for inns and in the interim, just stand close to the Innkeeper and log. I did have similar difficulty in Delucia, but it turned out, I was on the bottom floor and the innkeeper was upstairs.
I usually log out in the rooms of the inn, but in the Papua Inn, they don't work. I also tried the logging out next to the innkeeper method, and it also did not work.
