    7 mil for having to move all Thelax's stuff is pretty fair. Even I'd hesitate to do it for that price after today! ;)

    @One Somone should have mentioned intent to buy at the price if they liked it..

    So I will state here... IF anyone was interested and was saving things/selling things to achieve the previous S/B Comment and let me know with in 10 hours of this post.
    I don't want anyone who has sold things/made plans to bid on this to be inconvenienced.
