Free Resisting Spell Sessions by Project Sanctuary

Dear UOR Community,

I am delighted to host the next free resist spells session for the shard on behalf of Project Sanctuary. This is a great time to get any and all characters to GM resisting spells for free. I especially encourage established players to pass the message in Occlo and to any new players you come across during your adventures.

The event will be held at the Requiem Fort Training Center (hosted by LanDarr) to the North East of Minoc stables. We will start at 17:00 EST on Monday 11th December (just 1 week from now) and I hope to run for 3-4 days.
Please, show up dead and walk to the green tile (circled in picture) and you will get resurected. DO NOT, i repeat DO NOT wrestle or fight as you can kill fellow benefactors of the event. Training bardic, lore skills or healing is accepted and I will provide about 100k bandages for those that want to macro healing.

I will see to get event moongates setup that can take you to the location from Occlo, Skara Brae and Bucs Den (usual event gate locations). Please see LanDarr's post below for detailed directions on WHERE the resist event will be held.



Further directions:

Stand in the center, All resisters will be in range from that spot
Please do not speed spam bandages, you are wasting them. If you need to gain healing buy it up, and you will still gain nicely here. (Above 80 healing the most efficient way to gain is on a Ghost, don't try to GM healing by healing the living
If you are standing on the red flashing dots, you have the chance to gain. The animation may not show you or others getting hit. THIS IS NORMAL. All casters are targeting the same spot. What you are seeing is folks resisting.

I actually sold that place. When you asked to use the Requiem Fort spot... I assumed you meant the actual fort itself

I am redecorating the main floor to hold the event now. Will post Screenshots... The Fort is only a screen or 2 north of this tower location.

Will players be able to come in and be rezzed before the event starts such as the morning of or night before?

Hi @Duke Cannon . Yes you can come in and place your ghost in the house. Though when the event starts, be at the keyboard as i will eject people afking at the "resurection" tile. (i will only eject, so once back from keyboard you can come in again).

Hi @Twister you can bring as many characters as you want, even 3 on 3 accounts. The event will last at least 3 days which back to back is enough to GM 2 chars on 1 account

The above shown tower isn't the location where the resist is happening.

I'm struggling to find the rez tile. Can't see it on the picture as promised in the 1st post?

nice to haves in these kind of trainings:

- 2 scorps in 2 different pens (training provo up to 74) (basic instruments needed)
- perma ghost for training healing (extra bandages)
- probably more things i didnt think of but can easily be macroed while waiting for resist to gain
