What is so great about these houses or this location?

I see 2 small house types, a few steps away from guard zone.

Not trash talking your thread Stovoker sorry if it seems that way Im always trying to understand why certain things are special and why others arnt. Obviously the UOR community feels this house location is special and im merely trying to understand....why?

2. Nice clean front lawn area, for instance that static lamp post is rather cool imo.

These houses, although small, are very close to the guard zone to a major town, and are close to a moongate. Additionally, they are in a low to no spawn area, (if you consider headless as spawn) with high traffic. These features are ideal for merchants or prospective merchant players. That's why it is premium real estate. In fact, at the current bid level, they are a steal.
