    I have 3 phoenix deeds for sale on my vendor 380k each. its the small stone tower on south side of yew bank. vendor name is gemma on fornt steps.

    Little pricier than I was planning on paying Mad Hatcher. I paid 300k each for the two I have and the deal they made here is 333k each. I'll hold out for a better deal, but thanks.

    The appeal for Phoenix Armor is the rarity, the fact that it is newbiefied/blessed, and it just looks cool. :cool:
