It has, you're the second person in the past week that asked this. Owner isn't interested in selling, he prefers to just click the sign every 10 days or so
The south sandstone belongs to @Puck and the north one belongs to @CaptainMorgan http://www.uorforum.com/threads/owner-found-thanks.30951/ Apparently both are not for sale and Puck is very defensive about people who imply it is not being used and "in refresh mode".

@LesClaypool I am done with the sandstone I bought right there on the other side of that Big Beautiful Fort... I think you know the one.. someone tossed purple pots at me!! You can have it roughly the way I found it for what I paid for it... PM me if you are interested
Been Murdered there while mining 3 times.. Mostly by passing by blues who see my L337 battle mining setup.. I own the 2nd Sandstone to the right of Les's Fort. Ive made millions there but along with all other mining locations in this area there are certain hours of "operations" Which i had to learn the hard way.. Great place tho! Sad to see it rotting
