    Up for grabs is this sea front situated Large Tower. Fish from the roof, run to Minoc - whatever you wish doing, become a man of status.

    Friendly forest spawn and no neighbours, buy yourself a boat and go sailing from here.

    SB: 600k
    BO: 900k

    If BO is met i will throw in a boat
