This home boasts a modest 7x3 balcony overlooking the entrance porch for great views and security. IdiealI located between two main roads, the mountains to the west and south is the grave yard complete with entrance to T2a, great schools close by and easily commutable distance to minoc or vesper towns, although with the moongate in the backyard no town is far away! Home doesn't have any off street parking and we are unable to stop the wondering healer from loitering a screen to the west. Chain-free. Ready to move in!
