Right. You're shocked no more offers have come in in excess of 30m? This price is already way and above that any fort sold for. Forts used to go for a fraction of the price earlier on in the shard's history (or so i was told). For all those telling you this is worth xx millions, I'd like to see them walk the talk and place cash offers. Edit: I know, i am coming across as a bitter whore. Beautiful fort and excellent location. I now want to see all the hype translated into actual offers.
@Sara is correct, I am no longer looking for a fort. I believe I was the only person looking for a fort for a few months and the only one for sale was Stavs at 30 mil. I didn't bid on it because it was and still is over priced. It had no bids, no interest and now he's listing it at 35 mil. With no bids or interest. In your price check thread where you asked everyone's advice I told you that the last fort sold for 18 mil on ice and the last fort NOT on ice sold for 25 mil after sitting for a long time as well. The majority of people gave you a price range for the SB of 20-25 mil to get a good auction going and that a SB of 30 mil would get little to no traction, despite the spot being super nice. I don't really know how you can be surprised that one persons placed the SB and that's it. Because that's what we told you would happen.
Thank you Regina and Rextacy for adding a little sweetness to all this salt! lol Labeler, I feel safe saying that my courtyard is secure because I placed the fortress years ago when no one thought one would fit there. Over the last few years I have left piles of plat, gold, holiday coins, rares, and high end weapons unsecured ready for anyone to take if they wanted. My brother used the courtyard for his miner and had thousands of ingots just sitting there for the taking. So in the years I've lived there I have never had any situation where I thought someone had access to my courtyard. I left my door unlocked for a few months at one point and still nothing. So of course you can never be 100% but I'd be willing to offer 1 mil to the first person that can prove otherwise. I will trash all the runes I have, and have enough integrity to not abuse any mechanics that would allow me to cause any trouble later down the road. So I feel pretty safe saying that the only random person you would see in your new courtyard would be those robed sky gods that can do whatever they want. (Deleted my reasoning for pricing and link to trash talk thread)

I believe you can go on test center and see if any runes are marked there. Delete your runes and it should be clear, then just remark. I've never done this myself though maybe someone else could chime in.
Please keep posts to bids only. I will be deleting all my runes as stated above and am not a P.o.S. so I won't be secretly logging back in to plunder the new owners courtyard or anything. This is as secure of a courtyard as you can get nowadays. I have a few runes from when it was a keep that I will be deleting as well just in case.
