This location was great to me for pet training and getting into masonry focused battle mining. Shown in the picture, the south-west corner of the tower you can mine an agapite ore vein from inside. Using a gargoyle pickaxe, these will spawn you marble elementals that you can use to trap inside your tower as you mine. In front of the steps is a dull copper vein. This will spawn you a shadow elemental which are used for pet training. Nice and easy to pull inside the tower and get your pets training right away. I always liked the entrance to this tower as it has its own little mini cove. I own the 2 story villa on the eastern side as a blocker until buyer completes transaction to give them the opportunity to create a little strip of houses on their own terms. At that time, I can either drop the house or trade for deed.
