how much does a small house already placed go for on average?

    Small houses, unless they are in a prime area, can still be placed by an individual player. Thus, there is no margin above deed cost that you need to worry about.

    If you search hard enough you could still find empty spots to fill villas as well. Typically anything bigger than a villa then you're looking to pay a small margin above deed price. Even large towers still sell for close to deed cost.

    Keeps, castles, and forts, are the only non-prime area houses that demand a higher price tag.

    pardon my newbieness, been 20 years since playing UO, dropped house means the house is gone and space is open for a replacement now?
