I finally purchased my first house deed, saved all my money from hunting. I found a spot that I just knew this house would fit on. Now the house won't fit ,am I stuck with this deed or is there anyway I can trade it back in . I tried to sell it back to the vendor and he wouldn't buy back. Worst case I guess I could just start all over again. To buy a smaller one.

    Thanks in advance

When you go into the carpenter/architect shop with a deed in your pack, there is a NPC spamming about giving you an appraisal. Drop the deed on his head and he will give you and check in your bank box for full value back

Maybe check with some people to make sure it doesn't fit, cause there is for sure some technique involved, and you may just be placing it badly. I'd recommend @Earsnot , who would definitively tell you one way or another. If it doesn't fit, I bet he or others know some spots where it WOULD fit. Otherwise, just take it back to the architect and they will pay full price for it back.

I also be of assistance if needed. Not as good as earsnot but I come in handy sometimes. If the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.

Holla at me @Southpaw - if it fits we'll get it down and if it doesn't fit we'll make something happen.

Thank you all very much for your help and advise. After I posted the first one thread on this, I took a break for a while returned to try again and I got it to fit, 2 story villa on the water.

Thanks again to you all, great group of people play here .
