    Looking to sell my large marble East of Brit Bank. Less than 30 second run to East Brit Bank. You can fish from the 1st floor patio. Quiet neighborhood.

    The main footprint is the same but the steps are not. A regular patio will go wherever the marble patio goes, but the other way around depends on if there are blockers for the wider steps.

    Edit: Sorry, noticed "bids only" after posting. Just wanted to confirm the smithy does go here. My bad.
