When someone says that they're only rideable during the Christmas event .. does that mean during one of the scrolls, or will there be a big event happening? Or is mine just broken?
if u stay mounted and never get off you can stay on the winter beasts year round. This of course requires not dying and especially not bank sitting afk to show off your bling. Apparently there is a very high demand for these creatures' fur on the black market thus resulting in high rate of assassination of both bear and rider.
Since we’ll likely never see ethy polar bears here, I think the ruling should be changed to mountable year round. Kind of silly IMO that you can ride them, but not remount one. Let people ride bears already.
I’d say only obtainable via Christmas, but mountable year round. That would at least create a market for them. Just doesn’t make sense to me that you can ride them whenever you want year round, but if you accidentally click yourself and dismount it’s over. Moot point anyways it won’t change.
To me this is one of those situations where once you get the shiney thing it would rather instantly lose its luster. like a toy a child desperately desires and then only plays with for less than a day. Or like leaving your Christmas lights up all year to be faded by the relentless sun. Not trying to change any minds on the matter but just shine light on what I think is the truth.
