Capt, its funny I find myself in a bidding war at this time and especially against you. I haven’t played in a little while and don’t plan on it in the future. This is planned to be a gift for a friend that is still active. I can only imagine why you recently quit and started selling off everything, and then when your almost finished, try buying a house. It seems unstable to me and this feels almost like a poker game and so on that note I will make my next bid of 4.1 mil lol but just know that the night is young and I stopped myself from bidding 15 mil just to cut through the deepest parts of the BS already and get to the real bids

Grats @Mykos on a successful auction for you. You started the bid low and I believe it is now at a good selling price. I personally do not believe the house is worth more than 7m. I hope Phillip's "friend" enjoys the place and becomes a productive member of the community.
