bards can use them to consume some sulfurous ash and do some pitiful aoe damage. They also make ok decoration.
at 100 music / bard skill (provo or peace or discord) -- pvp: 18-22 aoe vs pvm: 27-33 aoe For those tri-bards: 100 music / 2 bard skills -- pvp: 31-38 aoe vs pvm: 46-57 aoe takes 4 ash to use, and you have a 95% success chance. All this comes from stratics... so... grain of salt.
Odd that this is happening in an auction forum but to put some questions to rest... Using a bard with GM music, GM provo, GM dicordance, I do 45-70 direct damage to a single target (costs 15 ash, no mana, 10 second cooldown) About 28-36 damage when its split between two targets. The damage is divided up as the number of targets within your 2 tiles AOE increases. More targets, less damage per-target. I am going to be using these for the 45-70 direct damage they can provide on bosses during Ironman runs (video at some point).
