Any old school Napa players?

Hey all, just started up here about 4 or 5 days ago now. Has been about a 14 year uo hiatus for me. Hoping to get into the PvP scene sooner rather than later.

Anyone from old school Napa around here? From around 98 to 2003 or so?

Any way, just saying hi, and hope to see some action once I can remake my old mage.

I did the Napa Valley, my main was a Fencer named Victor and I was in the Lost Soldiers of Darkness [LSD], a fairly large guild at one point.

Ya that thread was one of the reasons I decided to come back. Seeing the old names made me reminisce about the good ol days.

I brought another vet, Tellah the sage(played same time as me) , and 3 rookies to uo.

Hopefully some fun battles can be had in the near future.

How is the factions scene? Is it fairly active? I've heard Ice is the more popular area for fighting. Just trying to figure out where the action is, when the time comes to seek it out.

I never thought the Artex here was from NV, I remember seeing him at minoc.

Not super active here now, but I was Loretta and Crown from Napa 97-01 range. Hung out in buccs.

Factions have been pretty slow lately - some of the largest guilds who were the most active in Factions are taking a hiatus at the moment.

Ice, Destard, and Blood Elementals are probably the busiest locations for getting yourself into some trouble. They tend to be fairly contested by reds where you can get into some scuffles.

Names definitely familiar. I haven't had as much time as I'd like to play, and friends also have had low free time, so my time has been mostly building characters and trying to grind out funds. But I am pretty much ready for some fights even though I still gotta finish up resist and wrestling on one char, and resist on another.

Hey, I'm from Napa... I was in S0B with you in Factions. Mr Pink. We had a lot of fun during that time. If I remember correctly, we hung around the buccs gate a lot with you and your wife and someone else. You played as Sliver during that time -- Fencer / Mage if I remember. That was a long time ago.
