Moonglow Graveyard Houses (Inside Graveyard)

My team and I placed these houses with the intent of selling them off.
We have no desire to keep these houses, however, we will as long as we must.

If you are interested in buying these two houses, whether you want to keep them or demolish them, please let me know.






You could keep them and have some nice, limited edition housing... Or... You could demolish them and make our world a better place...
The choice is yours.

HOA rules stated all dwellings must be marble...

how much? starting bid?

I think we will start with the marble house on the left at 200k first.
After talking it over, we do not want to sell the house blocking the entrance until the house to the left is sold first.

Also, we do realize the housing market is not currently what it soon will be. Having said that, we are definitely prepared to just hang on to them for as long as it takes. (similar to our grandfathered Bog of Des Keep we finally sold off, after a year or so, on another server)

We do not expect these to sell right away, but they eventually will.

Seriously, these houses in graveyards shouldnt be allowed.

The one to the left meh ok, I can tolerate that I guess.

But the one at the gate?? WTF

By that picture all I can see is that no one can enter the graveyard without flagging grey for entering that private property to the owner.

And secondly, if you want to grief ban them from the house, they shoot out under the sign and are technically stuck in the graveyard as each time they try to walk to the exit, they get magically bounced back under the house sign. So if no teleport regs, or recall they are using the im stuck function.

Imagine being a ghost, no recall for you!

Seriously, this is a case of just because it was done, doesnt mean its the best thing for new players to see as they go to Moonglow to try take on some skeletons.

if I am not mistaken, there is actually another entrance/exit on the opposite side of the graveyard.

As far as "grief ban" goes, I can assure you, sir, we have no interest in that. We did not place these houses to use, so if you ever see any of us there, which you most likely will not, we will only be there to refresh them. My team, 555, consists of a group of guys who all grew up together and were avid UO players back in '99+. A couple of guys actually paid for a few semesters of their early college life by camping IDOC's, placing/re-placing, and then selling them on ebay. We specialize in housing, not grief banning. My team is, at the very least, an average group of house placers, which can be seen by the numerous "prime" house locations we have placed at. Again, we place the houses that are going to make us the money. (UO gold, not ebay anymore...)

If you would like, I will friend you (and anyone else) to the house(s) so you can be at ease about being grief banned. With the exception of my group demolishing the houses, if there is anything else we can do to help, please feel free to let me know and I will do what I can. Again, those houses were specifically placed there to make money.

(you might be surprised at how much you can get by pulling a wisp or two into the graveyard and letting it do all of the work for you... all you need to do is loot the corpses and stash it in the house.)



Moonglow Graveyard (Inside gy fence, at the gy entrance):
Both of these Small Marble Workshops are Grand-Fathered, and cannot be replaced if demolished. *SOLD*

so is something being sold there or are you still selling this is my first time looking at this I didn't understand any of it
