Yes, you read that correctly. I am selling a freshly placed fortress. I placed it about 3 weeks ago. I have contemplated keeping it, but large structures are not my thing. It would hopefully go to somone who will use it, but not my call how the new owner chooses to use their possesions. I am 99.9% positive that the Courtard is clear. There was an existing Keep placed in this location for 4+ years. The courtyard for the Fotress was under stone for that long. Could someone before that have marked runes in open spaces prior to my guild placing the Keep, it is possible. If they have been patiently biding their time for all these years for a fort to be placed, then they are either quite mad or an evil genius. You will not find a more secure courtyard in our current shard state (pre-CUB). I have not marked any runes in this courtyard. I really have gone back and forth about selling it. As you will see in the map, it is in a very desirable location between Vesper and Minoc. When the next season of overland holday spawn begins, there are plenty in this part of Windmere Woods. I also arranged the placement of the tower to provide a nice open front green lawn space. My guild will continue to hold the tower as its primary guild structure. There is a 2-Story L Shape is also available next door, partially seen in the image. If the fortress price goes to 30+ mil, I will include it in this sale. Otherwise, I will sell it seperately after the Fortress is sold. Various high value items typically used in trades of this magnitude will be addressed on a case by case basis. I am not a pixel collector though and many items do not have value to me as they do others. Coins would be the best to come with for this auction.
After the auction, maybe I will write-up how I have had control of that spot for years and dint even know a fort would fit in place of the keep. Lol
