My ears are open but I am looking to break even which isn't likely given the state of the housing market. That said, and it being my only house, I would prefer to refresh it until I'm able to play again rather than lose money on it just for the sake of offloading it. You're more than welcome to pm me with an offer, though.

It's going to take a pretty penny to make it worth while. It was purchased at 10.8m last time it was up for sale.

As I've explained to several people who have pm'd me about the house, it is nearly empty and I'm happy to clear it out and friend/co-own someone with an immediate use for it.

For the record, I've quoted a lower value for my 'break even' price, but despite that, I haven't received an offer that even remotely moves the needle. So I'm going to assume there just isn't any real interest. More importantly, see my post above. House is available on a loan basis to an active player.
